Interface PhoneticResolver

Functional Interface:
This is a functional interface and can therefore be used as the assignment target for a lambda expression or method reference.

Resolves Phonetic categories for terms at runtime.

This allows callers to supply language-specific phonetic logic without Lokalized needing a built-in phonetic dictionary.
